Rick Moranis (born April 18, 1953) is an Canadian actor. In Brother Bear and Brother Bear 2, he provided the voice for Rutt.
He is known for voicing The Toy Taker/Mr. Cuddles from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the Island of Misfit Toys.
